UHP at the 2022 CT AFL-CIO Convention

WATCH: UHP delegates take the convention floor for a final public acknowledgement of retiring 1st VP Ivonne Hamm.

We sent 16 delegates to the CT AFL-CIO convention, June 23-24 at Foxwoods, a fitting location, where 2,000 employees are represented by five bargaining units!

Gov. Ned Lamont, Lt. Gov. Susan Bysiewicz, Attorney General William Tong, Sean Scanlan (cancidate for state comptroller) and Maritza Bond (candidate for secretary of the state) were the statewide candidates who won the CT AFL-CIO's endorsement., as did U.S. Sen. Richard Blumenthal.
