Our contract (P. 23, Article 12.1.a.) provides us with personal time, which is NOT subject to approval by management at any level. Additionally, we are NOT required to give an explanation for how we are using our personal time. We are encouraged to give as much notice as possible when taking personal leave.
When you give notification that you are using personal time, if you experience anything inconsistent with this, be sure to contact UHP immediately.
