We are holding a special election for the vacant VP Tier I (salaried) Employees office, and hereby notify our membership of the following timetable:
- The elections committee will convene Monday, Aug. 26, at 5:30 p.m. in the UHP office, to approve the official call for nominations.
- The call for nominations will close Tuesday, Sept. 10, at 4 p.m.
- The elections committee will reconvene Tuesday, Sept. 10, at 5:30 p.m. to review and verify the nominations and announce the nominees.
- Absentee ballots will be available Oct. 21-25 in the UHP office by appointment.
- Online voting will be open Oct. 28-Nov. 1.
Note: The VP Tier I office is open to any member in good standing who holds a salaried position. The call for nominations will come in late August.
