JULY 2, 2025—We and management have a signed an agreement to continue working under our last contract for another year. While this does not provide us any new rights, including any additional wage increases, it does, importantly, preserve nearly all elements of the contract that expired June 30, 2025.

Historically, when a contract expires, we have defaulted to continuing to work under the expired contract until we have a new collective bargaining agreement. This time, management had expressed a reluctance to formally agree to anything, so having a signed agreement is a positive step.
Negotiations for that next contract are at a standstill for the time being.
