Election Committee Report: The nominations and elections at convention were run by Election Committee Co-Chairs John Brady and Jess Corbett. All of the candidates were unanimously elected to their respective positions.
Constitutional Amendment Resolutions: The following constitutional amendment resolutions were passed at convention. Please note that none of the amendments are final until approved by the National AFL-CIO.
- Resolution #1: Clarifying that AFL-CIO Constituency Groups are Entitled to One Executive Board Seat
- Resolution #2: Clarifying How the Metal Trades Council and Fairfield County Building Trades Council Nominate Executive Board Members
- Resolution #3: Technical Fix to Section Reference Numbers
- Resolution #4: Clarifying that Convention Committees Must Be Approved by the Executive Board
- Resolution #5: Executive Officers Are Automatic Delegates to All Connecticut AFL-CIO Conventions
- Resolution #6: Ensuring Every Delegate Has a Minimum Voting Strength of At Least One Vote
- Resolution #7: Clarifying Who is Ineligible to Serve on the Election Committee
- Resolution #8: Candidates for Office Must Accept Nominations in Person or in Writing to the Election Committee
- Resolution #9: Uncontested Races for Office Shall be Elected by Acclamation
- Resolution #10: Amend the Connecticut AFL-CIO Constitution to Conform with the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act

- Resolution #15: Double Down on the Fight Against School Vouchers and the Tax Credit Schemes that Defund American Public Education
- Resolution #16: Union Day of Solidarity and Rally
Credentials Committee Report: 268 delegates, 11 alternate delegates, and 30 guests, representing 24 international unions from 98 locals, labor chapters, building trades councils, and area labor federations.
