Find Your Rep: Strengthening Member Connections

UHP union representative sticker art

UHP is excited to launch our new Find Your Rep engagement activity; an initiative designed to strengthen communication, visibility, and support across our union community. Over the coming months, members will see their UHP union representatives highlighted in various ways, making it easier to identify whom to contact when union questions, concerns, or workplace issues arise.

Union reps are the eyes and ears of our union, serving as the first line of support for members. Through the “Find Your Rep” activity, union reps will be more visible (wearing a distinct “Union Rep” lanyard, sticker or badge ribbon) in their work areas, helping ensure all members know exactly who represents them.

Here’s what you can do to participate in the “Find Your Rep” activity

  1. Find the union rep (wearing a lanyard, sticker or ribbon) in your work area and introduce yourself.
  2. Ask to sign his or her rep log (print your name clearly on the sheet).

That’s it! Each name added on the union rep log sheet is one entry into a monthly drawing for a $50 gift card. Monthly drawings will take place in March, April and May 2026.

WANT AN EXTRA ENTRY?

Take a selfie with your union rep for an additional entry into the monthly $50 gift card drawing. Two entries are the limit. The second entry is only valid once the selfie is posted by your union rep into the private UHP Union Rep Community.

Disclaimer for all entries:
  • Only UHP members in good standing (those who have signed a membership card) are eligible to participate.
  • UHP members are only eligible to win once during the 2026 “Find Your Rep” activity.

Can’t find the UHP union rep in your work area?

Your work area may need a union rep! If there is no visible rep in your work area, consider becoming the rep for your area. For more information on how to become a UHP union rep email Marsha Murray-Omega: VPTier1@uhp3837.com
