I am currently an Administrative Program Coordinator for the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. I have worked in this department for the last 22 years.
I have been a very active member of University Health Professionals for the last 20 years. I am currently a Union Steward. I have many years of being elected as a delegate to the AFT Convention, AFTCT Convention, and AFL-CIO CT Conventions. I have been a part of several Union Contract Negotiations Committee, including our last contract.
As a strong union advocate, with a long history of working with our union, I feel now is a great opportunity to get more involved and become part of the Executive Committee to make a greater impact to our 2,900 members.
