This past summer, UHP was allowed to use the Health Center email for the first time when we held the SEBAC vote. UCH has agreed to allow us to continue to use the Health Center email for officer elections. This is a great way for us to reach all our members and makes voting easy.
We will be holding a Call for Nominations for several officer positions during the month of January for Elections in March 2018. Officer positions that are up for election this year are: President, First Vice President of Collective Bargaining, Treasurer, Recording Secretary, Vice President of Communications, Vice President of Membership Activities and Vice President of Political Activities. Look for more details in the January 2018 Newsletter.
In preparation of the Election this Spring, there will be an Elections Committee meeting on Tuesday, December 5, at the UHP office at 5pm. Any interested members in joining this committee are welcome.
