UHP offers scholarships for our active members and high school and college dependents of active members, now available online.

Please complete an application online follow instructions for submission.

I recommend that you requested transcripts ahead of time, the process can take some time and may cause disqualification for your application.

Incomplete applications and applications submitted after due date will not be accepted.

The scholarship deadline is Monday, Feb. 13, at 5 p.m.
